Esther joined us at the start of our new venture here in the Netherlands in February 2008 we had few people, minimal office accommodation but big plans. Esther helped us build what we have now from scratch. She recruited local staff, made sure they had a decent orientation, sorted out our office administration and undertook the role of personal assistant to a number of senior managers. She also acted as a coach to some of the more junior members of staff where the experience of working with a large multinational and multicultural business was new. Esther brings an impressive range of knowledge to her work based on her experience, but what really makes a difference is her energy to make things work in the first place and her commitment to make them right. She has a unique talent in being able to build up great relationships across the organisation, regardless functional or hierarchical boundaries, and this is a huge asset in helping her put her ideas into action. I wish her well. Allan Short
Esther has worked for PaperlinX Europe from January 2009 until August 2009. As a matter of fact, in this period we have asked Esther twice to come back to help us out on different projects. She has performed an excellent PA role for a team of three senior managers and has also recruited, selected and trained the new PA team. As a busy travelling top manager you can certainly rest on two ears with Esther handling your programme! During this period she has been leading the project of moving our head office to a new location. She has managed the internal project team and the external advisors, handled the project planning & finances and everything went exceptionally smooth & according to plan. Her commitment & drive, combined with her good interpersonal skills & sense of humor make Esther a pleasant professional to work with and a valued colleague. On behalf of all of us at PaperlinX: it was a pleasure to have you around. Thank you for everything you have done for us & good luck with Peddels Management Support.
Esther joined the East-West e-Ticketing BV (EW) team in September 2009 as PA / Programme Assistant at a difficult phase of the Dutch e-Ticketing (OV-Chipkaart) programme at a time when EW just changed her structure of organisation. She worked directly for me and was responsible for managing and controlling the day-to-day business within East-West, monitoring and supporting in the change request process and running the local PMO office with all the reporting and process requirements. |
