Peddels Peptalk Session

When for instance your back office needs help in adjusting to a new structure due to a recent reorganisation or when it just needs a 'boost', I can recommend the Peddels Peptalk Session (PPS).

In a two hour interactive session at your offices Peddels can help creating the 'we feeling' within the new 'way forward' or give your back office a new 'boost'.

Peddels will create and develop each PPS which meets the standards of your organisation, since every organisation has its own unique culture. After an interview with Management I will draw up a plan/program after which we can set up and organise the PPS.

In order to achieve the right 'effect' I advise a minimum of 5 people and a maximum of 10 people.
